What counts toward my GMV calculation?+
Total gross merchandise value processed through your connected Shopify or WooCommerce store(s) in the calendar month. Returns and refunds are excluded.
Can I switch tiers mid-month?+
Tier is evaluated monthly based on prior month GMV. If your GMV crosses a tier threshold, your next invoice reflects the new tier. No mid-month adjustments.
Is there a free trial?+
No. We onboard in batches and commit real team time to each customer. A free trial for that level of setup would be dishonest to both parties.
What happens if my GMV drops?+
You drop to the lower tier automatically at the start of the following month. No questions asked.
